3/18/26 Update.
We have staked near the corners of the Tracts and determined that each lot should have at least one nice home site.
The week of the 23rd we will have the Tracts priced and will be flagging the property lines for the Tracts to make it easy to hike and review by the end of next week (weather permitting).
My lawyer is preparing the paper work for you to be able to hike and make an offer on the Tracts.
Presently, the plan is to allow visits by appointment the end of next week and next weekend. We will then advise you of when we will begin accepting and reviewing your offers to determine who gets their choice.
